| Shipping We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service). We make shipments once a day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after our daily shipment will ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday, or on Friday after our pickup, will ship the following Monday. If exact delivery times are important to you, please call the store to discuss options.
The various shipping speeds available will be shown during the checkout process. From that screen, you can view explanations of individual options.

ReturnsBefore shipping any item back for a return or exchange, you must contact the store to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Items shipped back without an RMA may be refused. Items can always be exchanged or returned in the physical store without an RMA though, even if you purchased them through The Wellness Store Online.
Due to the nature of our product line, we are unable to accept returns of opened items unless the items are defective. If an item is defective, we will replace it with an identical item at no additional cost to you.
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If the return is due to a fulfillment error, we will correct the order at no additional charge to you. In any other case, we will refund you the full cost of your order less any shipping charges. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges as well.
