These individual sessions combine several yogic practices to offer alignment, clarity and healing for your body. You will be taught the art of pranayama or breath work, which opens energetic blocks and releases the body’s tension. Sessions also teach advanced and beginning meditation, as well as allow you to work individually with a master teacher to perfect your postures and skills as a yoga student.

Our teachers are gifted healers who bring wisdom and depth to your sessions; guiding the body to interact freely with spirit. They are skilled in diverse traditions and may use aids such as wooden blocks, belts and ropes to help you achieve perfection in any posture. During your session you may also experience sound therapy in the form of Tibetan Singing Bowls for the integration of body, mind and emotions.

You may use your private instruction to create a routine for use at home. The sessions may also help manage stress, allow a safe transition to a class, or as an ongoing joyful practice with a master teacher. However you ultimately decide to integrate these yogic practices into your life, you will treasure this experience of body wisdom and strength; of life through breath.
