This group is an introduction to women’s groups and each session will be freestanding. After the first 4 sessions the group will become on-going and sessions will build on each other, to deepen the practice and create community. Michaela Boehm combines her experience as a therapist and years of practicing and working with women, both in the States and Europe. Using humor, heart and intuition to elicit each woman’s true expression and gift. She teaches women’s workshops internationally and travels as a teaching assistant of the teacher and author David Deida.
